To be eligible, planners must have booked a Florida meeting or incentive between 2008 and 2011 and/or show contracted future business or upload an RFP at www.meetings.visitflorida.com. Room blocks with at least 50 rooms must have been booked and actualized. A qualifying RFP may be considered by VISIT FLORIDA to determine if the planner is eligible.
