For example, Hyatt Resorts such as the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa, Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress and the new Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa are offering a 10% credit to the master, while Rosen Shingle Creek, Rosen Centre Hotel and Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando are offering a "name your own rate" cocktail napkin agreement. Properties such as Trump International Beach Resort, Amelia Island Plantation, TradeWinds Island Resorts and many other Florida properties are participating with value-packed seasonal offers during the customarily "high season."
Several Florida Convention and Visitors Bureaus(CVB) have made it convenient for meeting professionals to find special values for destination properties and venues on their own web sites, with CVB savings incentives as the icing on the cake.

The St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra & The Beaches VCB provides planners with free airfare for a site visit with an RFP submitted prior to year-end 2009. Plan a meeting in The Fort Myers & Sanibel and receive a 5% room credit that applies to your group's evening reception. The Greater Fort Lauderdale CVB offers property savings with LauderDeals and complimentary air and a "Swamp Safari" for planners. Great group savings are also found through the Naples, Marco Island, Everglades CVB and large and small destinations statewide extend CVB credits on an individual basis.
