Delray Beach Marriott Makeover
The Delray Beach Marriott plans to complete a renovation of the AAA Four Diamond-rated property's 269 guest rooms - including 84 suites - by early fall 2010. An elegant yet contemporary Floridian ambience with the use of rich tones and textures is achieved with well-appointed new furnishings, luxurious Marriott bedding and linens, new window treatments and carpeting and an upscale bathroom makeover. An ocean view and complimentary wireless Internet complete this picture in many of the new rooms.
Located in South Florida's Palm Beach area, just 20 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport and overlooking Atlantic beaches, the Marriott is set right in the heart of the trendy seaside village of Delray Beach. This walkable area allows groups to enjoy the cafes, restaurants, art galleries, boutiques and unique event venues along Atlantic Avenue with no transportation necessary. Surrounded by the renowned fishing and championship golf of the Palm Beach area, groups can take their pick of nearby teambuilding activities.

Chef Murphy trained with top chefs David Burke, Charlie Palmer and Craig Shelton, and he has appeared on "The Food Network," "The Today Show," "Good Morning America" and "The Rosie O'Donnell Show."
