- Golf Tournament at The Rookery golf course
- Eco & Shelling Tour aboard the Calusa Spirit: Come aboard Marco Island Ski & Watersport’s custom-made Corinthian catamaran as you are escorted by a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Captain & first mate on an unforgettable journey along the Gulf of Mexico, with a stop at a deserted island beach covered with keepsake shells.
- WaveRunner Excursion with Marco Island Ski & Watersports: Take an unforgettable, one-hour journey aboard a WaveRunner into the Ten Thousand Islands of the Everglades with a professionally trained guide. Come share with us the pristine beauty of the islands as you catch glimpses of beautiful birds, dolphins, manatees and other diverse wildlife native to the area.

6:00 pm - 6:45 pm: Welcome Reception featuring cocktails on the beach

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Opening Night Gala – Sunset in Paradise extravaganza on the beach at Marco Island with opening appreciation remarks from the President

7:00 am - 9:00 am: Start your day with hearty and healthy fare from the daily breakfast buffet at Tropiks

Option 1 (10:00 am - 4:00 pm): Spend the day on a guided excursion through the Everglades with professionally trained eco-tour guides. Includes a visit to historic Everglades City, a tour of Big Cypress National Preserve, a boat tour and lunch at the Oyster House Restaurant.

Option 2 (8:00 am - 1:00 pm): Fishing charters either in the backcountry mangrove estuaries or the near shore waters of the Gulf of Mexico

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm: Break, dress for dinner

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Cocktails on the terrace

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Culinary Experience at Kurrents. The Kurrents open-air kitchen provides a true interactive experience with our very own talented chefs. Participants will enjoy and learn about the many "tastes" of paradise at the Marco Island Marriott Resort, Golf Club & Spa.

Early morning: Enjoy a walk or run on Marco Island’s four miles of white sand beach

7:00 am - 9:00 am: Network with colleagues and enjoy a buffet breakfast set up exclusively for your group overlooking the beach

9:00 am - 4:00 pm: Enjoy your free time. Lie on the white sandy beaches of Marco Island or indulge yourself in one or more of the several activities available to you:

- Golf lesson and/or round of golf at The Rookery golf course
- Shopping excursion to Naples’s upscale Waterside Shops
- Indulge yourself at The Spa, a Balinese-style health spa, providing a luxurious enclave of tranquility with a private spa pool surrounded by broad beaches and a calming sea. Each attendee may choose from one complimentary spa treatment with upgrade packages available.

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm: The President's Gala Evening & Awards presentation at NGALA, an unforgettable private reserve that provides the exclusive opportunity to view wildlife in ultimate luxury. This venue captivates and astounds all that attend with its Colonial Africa theme, delicious gourmet cuisine, elegant table settings, authentic entertainment, interaction with a giraffe and close-up views of wild creatures including leopard, chimpanzee and more.

Say farewell to your friends and colleagues at breakfast, followed by checkout. At breakfast, each attendee will be given an envelope of photos taken during their unforgettable trip.
